Q: What is Gheezer?
A: Gheezer is a revolutionary new take on peanut butter. We’ve recreated peanut butter from the ground up to be better for you and more delicious. We take high-protein peanut powder and blend it with two powerhouse fats: ghee and coconut MCT oil. Gheezer tastes like peanut butter but smoother, lighter, and creamier.
Q: How should I store Gheezer?
A: We recommend storing Gheezer in the fridge for the best texture.
Q: How long will Gheezer stay fresh?
A: Gheezer stays fresh for 2+ months.
Q: What is the nutritional difference between Gheezer and peanut butter?
A: The difference is in the fats! Conventional peanut butter gets its oil directly from peanuts, which is high in linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. While okay in small amounts, modern diets are overloaded with omega-6, which can break apart and become inflammatory.
We solve this by:
- Using de-fatted peanut powder, with almost all of the peanut oil removed
- Adding better fats (ghee and MCT oil) for clean energy, great flavor, and a superior texture.
Q: Isn’t saturated fat bad?
A: For decades, all saturated fats were given a bad reputation. But, the science has changed in recent years. The saturated fats in Gheezer come from ghee and coconut-derived MCT oil—two of the most respected "healthy fats." These are stable, natural fats that humans have consumed for thousands of years to support hormone production, brain health, and provide lasting energy. Q: Is Gheezer keto-friendly? Gluten-free?

- Keto-friendly: Yes! It is low in carbs and high in clean fats, making it a great fit for a ketogenic lifestyle. The sweetness comes from a small amount of coconut sugar which is used sparingly
- Gluten-free: Absolutely. Gheezer is naturally gluten-free
- Dairy-sensitive: Since ghee has the milk solids (lactose and casein) removed, most people with dairy sensitivities can enjoy it without issue.
